For a number of people, January heralds the start of a ‘new year -new you’

This presentation will examine the importance of diet on health and what we can do as health professionals to improve our overall health and wellbeing. It will examine the relationship of sugar in the diet and what we can do to limit sugar intake and highlight the importance of sleep and stress on our health.

The information gained from this presentation may potentially alter our own dietary habits and can be utilised to inform our patients to make healthier choices.
